Welcome to RMA Therapeutic LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website rmatherapeutic.com and the wellness services we provide, including IV hydration therapy, peptide therapy, and EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) treatments.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Licensed Medical Oversight
All services are provided under the supervision and direction of licensed medical professionals. Our treatments are designed to support wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND MEDICAL CLEARANCE
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive our services. If you are under 18, you may receive services only with parental or guardian consent and presence.
Medical Screening
Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be required to:

Complete a comprehensive health history questionnaire
Disclose all current medications, supplements, and allergies
Disclose any medical conditions or health concerns
Provide accurate and truthful information about your health status

Medical Clearance and Contraindications
RMA Therapeutic LLC reserves the right to:

Require medical clearance from your primary care physician before providing certain treatments

5. APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are subject to confirmation by RMA Therapeutic LLC. We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellations:

24-Hour Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost
Repeat Violations: Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be denied future service

Our Cancellations:
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at your convenience. No fees will be charged for appointments cancelled by RMA Therapeutic LLC.
Mobile Service Appointments
For mobile service appointments:

You must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate location for treatment
You must be present at the designated location at the scheduled time
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area
Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling


6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Debit cards
Cash
Electronic payment platforms (Venmo, Zelle, etc.)

Payment Timing

Services: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance
Packages: Prepaid service packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase
Deposits: We may require a deposit for certain services or first-time clients

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice
Current pricing will be provided at the time of booking
Package deals and promotional pricing are subject to specific terms and expiration dates

Refund Policy

Services Rendered: All sales are final once services have been provided
Cancelled Services: Services cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy will receive a full refund
Prepaid Packages: Unused portions of prepaid packages may be refunded at our discretion, minus any applicable cancellation fees
No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-show appointments

Insurance
At this time, we do not bill insurance companies directly. You may submit receipts to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, but we make no guarantees regarding insurance coverage. Payment is your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a client of RMA Therapeutic LLC, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete health information
Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
Inform us immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Maintain respectful and professional conduct with our staff
Pay for services in accordance with our payment terms
Notify us of any changes to your contact information
Not hold RMA Therapeutic LLC liable for outcomes related to failure to follow instructions or provide accurate information


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Medical Guarantees
RMA Therapeutic LLC does not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Individual outcomes may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to your overall health, lifestyle, adherence to recommendations, and individual physiological responses.
Not a Substitute for Medical Care
Our services are designed to support wellness and are not a substitute for:

Emergency medical care
Treatment of acute or chronic medical conditions
Diagnosis of medical conditions
Prescription medications or medical advice from your physician

You should always consult with your primary care physician or specialist regarding medical conditions and before starting any new wellness program.
Limitation of Damages
